Cornell Sathguru Foundation for Development (CSFD) supported by Aurobindo Pharma Foundation and intechnical partnership with Prof. Jayashankar Telangana State Agriculture University (PJTSAU) is implementing aproject in the villages of Paniyal and Badampet in Hathnoora Mandal of Sangareddy district Telangana state. Toactualize the objective we have targeted to train the farmers of Panyal and Badampet for Agriculture and alliedsectors for improving income and competitiveness of the farmers. In this connection CSFD has organized a villagelevel knowledge sharing session on Annapurna KrishiPrasaraSeva (AKPS) application in both the target villages.AKPS is an integrated system with a combination of Web, IVRS and Mobile technologies for dissemination of farm and farmer specific advisories. During the program, the farmers using their mobile numbers and other information, were registered to AKPS application and were given through knowledge on using the application for agriculture and allied sector services.

The program was organized in Paniyal and Badampet separately on 26 th July. There was a good participation ofmen and women farmers from both the villages.
